With more than 10 years of experience marketing and managing senior housing projects, Angel has a history of successfully turning around distressed and underperforming assets, positioning them as market leaders, and increasing NOI and sales value.
Angel began her career at Oakmont Senior Living, where she served as the sales and marketing director, and then assistant executive director. She joined Elmcroft Senior Living as executive director in 2013, overseeing development and operations of their Plaza Village project from 2014 through 2017. Currently, Angel is a principal in Cornerstone Senior Housing, LLC, where she also serves as COO. In addition, she is the owner and CEO of Dependable Daughter, a senior wellness solutions firm. A dedicated advocate for seniors, Angel founded the San Diego chapter of Aging2.0, focusing on innovation and technology in aging.
She was named valedictorian of her graduating class at San Diego State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.
